Welcome to our Ticket System for Customer Support

We appreciate your contact and want to make your experience as smooth as possible. Our ticket system is designed to give you fast and efficient support. Follow these simple steps to create a support ticket:

Log in to your account:

Log in to your thundertech account. This gives you access to all the necessary functions to manage your inquiries.

Log in to tundertech.no

Navigate to Customer Support:

When you are logged in, you will find a "Customer support" or "Help" section on the website. Click this section to open the support portal.

Create a new ticket:

Inside the support portal you will see the option to create a new support ticket. Click on "Ask for help" and fill in the form with as much information as possible about your enquiry.
